Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Local Store Marketing Specialist role based in Jiddah. The Local Store Marketing Specialist will plan and execute localized marketing initiatives to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and support sales targets for assigned restaurant locations. Responsibilities include coordinating in-store promotions, events, and community partnerships, as well as managing local advertising, social media content, and digital campaigns in line with brand guidelines. The role involves analyzing store-level performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to recommend and adjust marketing activities. The specialist will collaborate closely with restaurant managers, operations teams, and the central marketing department to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign implementation. Day-to-day tasks also include preparing reports, managing marketing materials, and supporting new store openings and local launches.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing and brand promotion skills, including experience with local store marketing, campaign execution, and event coordination.
• Ability to plan and manage promotional activities, from briefing and budgeting to implementation and post-campaign evaluation.
• Comfort with basic digital marketing activities such as social media management, local online advertising, and coordinating digital content with central teams.
• Proficiency in collecting and interpreting customer, sales, and market data to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences and channels.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills to work effectively with restaurant teams, vendors, and community partners.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant marketing is preferred, especially in the Saudi market.
