Senior T24 Administrator / Consultant Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities

Environment & Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain Temenos T24 environments across Development, SIT, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot T24 components including TAFJ, UXP Browser, GoD Browser, and Native Browser.
• Administer jBASE environments and support Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Maintain Production and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Close of Business (COB) processes.
• Manage user access, security profiles, SMS records, and audit compliance requirements.
• Monitor platform performance using enterprise monitoring tools.

Upgrades & Release Management

• Lead end-to-end T24 upgrade projects, including technical upgrades, conversions, PRE-COB and POST-COB activities.
• Execute mock upgrades, data migrations, and production release deployments.
• Manage application releases, patches, hotfixes, and version migrations.
• Coordinate code synchronization and deployment activities across environments.
• Ensure successful release execution with minimal operational impact.

Integrations & Channels

• Integrate T24 with enterprise applications and peripheral systems using jBASE Agents, IBM MQ, JMS, and Web Services.
• Configure and support middleware platforms including JBoss and WebSphere.
• Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Support API, SOAP, and REST-based integrations across banking systems.

Operations & Support

• Provide production support for T24 environments and COB operations.
• Manage incidents, problems, and change requests through enterprise service management processes.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, load testing, and bottleneck analysis.
• Configure and maintain Main Company and Branch Company setups within T24.
• Collaborate with vendors, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure platform stability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Temenos T24, including at least 5 years in administration or infrastructure roles within a banking environment.
• Proven experience executing end-to-end T24 upgrades in Production environments.
• Strong expertise in Temenos T24 architecture, administration, and environment management.
• Hands-on experience with jBASE administration.
• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Strong knowledge of TAFJ installation and browser deployments (UXP, GoD, and Native Browser).
• Experience with T24 Outbox Replication.
• Hands-on experience with JBoss, WebSphere, IBM MQ, JMS, and SOAP/REST web services.
• Experience managing COB operations, Disaster Recovery, performance tuning, and Active Directory integrations.
• Strong Windows Server administration experience (2019/2022/2025).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Azure Windows Virtual Machines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Temenos Certified Consultant Program (TCCP) certification.
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) and containerized T24/Transact deployments.
• Experience leading vendor engagements with Temenos and integration partners.
• Exposure to cloud and modern infrastructure platforms supporting banking applications.
