Social Media Specialist & Content Creator Full Time NEW

Rahma Global Society is seeking a Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to join its Marketing and Media department. The role is responsible for managing the Society’s social media presence and producing content that communicates our humanitarian work across more than 44 countries.

Job:

Rahma Global Society — Kuwait | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage and publish content across the Society’s platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube)
• Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories), including mobile filming and editing
• Manage daily community engagement, including comments, messages, and replies
• Develop content from field material and project updates
• Monitor content performance and prepare regular reports

Requirements

• Kuwaiti nationality preferred
• Fresh graduate, or 1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation
• A portfolio or social media accounts the candidate has personally managed (required)
• Proficiency in mobile filming and editing (e.g., CapCut)
• Sound understanding of social media platforms and their audiences
• Creative writing skills in Arabic; English is an advantage

Preferred

• Experience using AI tools in content production and design
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)

المسؤوليات

• إدارة ونشر المحتوى عبر منصات الجمعية (إنستغرام، تيك توك، X، فيسبوك، يوتيوب)
• إنتاج محتوى الفيديو القصير (ريلز، تيك توك، ستوريز)، بما يشمل التصوير والمونتاج بالهاتف
• إدارة التفاعل اليومي مع الجمهور من تعليقات ورسائل وردود
• تطوير محتوى من المواد الميدانية ومستجدات المشاريع
• متابعة أداء المحتوى وإعداد تقارير دورية

المتطلبات

• يُفضّل كويتي الجنسية
• خريج جديد أو خبرة من 1–3 سنوات في مجال التواصل الاجتماعي أو صناعة المحتوى
• يفضل وجود بورتفوليو أو حسابات تواصل سبق للمتقدّم إدارتها
• إتقان التصوير والمونتاج بالهاتف (مثل CapCut)
• فهم جيد لمنصات التواصل وجمهور كل منصة
• مهارة في الكتابة الإبداعية بالعربية، والإنجليزية ميزة إضافية

يُفضّل

• خبرة في استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في إنتاج المحتوى والتصميم
• الإلمام بأدوات التحليل (Meta Business Suite، TikTok Analytics)
