Role Description The Nonmotor Insurance Specialist will work full time on-site in Dubai, managing and servicing a portfolio of nonmotor insurance products such as property, liability, marine, and other commercial or personal nonmotor lines. The role includes preparing and reviewing quotations, analyzing coverage options, negotiating terms with insurers and brokers, and ensuring policies are accurately issued and renewed on time. Day-to-day tasks involve assessing client needs, gathering risk information, explaining policy terms and conditions, processing endorsements, and handling nonmotor claims coordination as needed. The specialist will maintain detailed records, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and support internal reporting on portfolio performance. This role also requires regular communication with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and deliver a high level of service.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of nonmotor Insurance products, including policy structures, coverage terms, and claims processes.
• Understanding of Finance fundamentals related to premiums, commissions, and portfolio profitability.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage or similar insurance advisory environments, with exposure to negotiations and market placement.
• Proven Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining professional client relationships.
• Relevant certification or diploma in insurance, finance, or business is preferred; professional insurance qualifications (e.g., CII or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to work with policy and claims systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic insurance software; familiarity with local insurance regulations in the UAE is a plus.
