Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for one of our partner for a 3D Sign Board Fabricator and Graphic Designer. The person in this role will design, visualize, and prepare artwork for 3D sign boards, including illuminated, acrylic, metal, and outdoor signage, from concept to final production files. Day-to-day tasks include creating digital mockups, preparing vector artwork and cutting/printing files, selecting appropriate materials, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate sizing, color, and branding. The role also involves coordinating with production or vendors on fabrication specifications, reviewing samples, and making design adjustments based on technical or client feedback. The 3D Sign Board Fabricator and Graphic Designer will ensure that all signage and graphics meet quality standards, are optimized for durability and visibility, and are delivered within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills with experience in creating signage layouts, branding assets, and marketing visuals.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, or similar tools).
• Experience designing and preparing files for 3D sign boards, including knowledge of materials such as acrylic, metal, vinyl, LED modules, and mounting systems.
• Ability to prepare production-ready artwork, including vectorization, color separation, cutting/printing paths, and accurate measurements.
• Understanding of print and fabrication processes for indoor and outdoor signage, including durability, finishing, and installation considerations.
• Strong attention to detail, including typography, color accuracy, layout precision, and brand consistency.
• Ability to interpret client briefs, translate brand guidelines into effective sign designs, and revise concepts based on feedback.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working remotely with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Good time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain organized digital files.
• Previous experience in a sign-making, fabrication, or large-format printing environment is highly beneficial.
