Are you a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in B2B sales and e-commerce services?

We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and help online sellers succeed on Amazon, Noon, and other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for e-commerce services.
• Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into long-term clients.
• Coach, train, and improve the performance of sales representatives.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in Sales Management.
• Experience selling digital services or e-commerce solutions.
• Strong understanding of Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and online marketplaces.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent reporting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing high-performing sales teams.
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
