Role Description As a Senior Program Manager at Le Cercle des Talents, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of the network’s monthly events and initiatives. In this part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, you will balance on-site collaboration with flexible work-from-home arrangements to manage the program calendar, logistics, and stakeholder communication. You will design and refine event formats, secure facilitators and speakers, and ensure that training workshops and networking sessions align with members’ digital development needs. You will manage budgets, track participation and feedback, and use data to improve program quality and impact. You will also collaborate closely with leadership and community coordinators to grow membership, maintain a strong digital presence, and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.
