Job Description
*• Prepare and develop detailed architectural shop drawings.
• Review design drawings and ensure constructability.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve conflicts.
• Submit drawings for consultant approval and follow up.
• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure proper execution.
• Liaise with consultants and clients for approvals and clarifications.
• Attend technical meetings and provide architectural input.
• Prepare and submit material submittals in line with project specifications.
• Ensure materials comply with approved standards and project requirements.
• Follow up on approvals and resolve comments.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings based on site conditions.
• Ensure documentation reflects actual executed works.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
• Track submittals, RFIs, and approvals status & prepare technical reports when required.
* Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to analyze project requirements and prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable university
3–5 year of experience in construction
Demonstrated hands-on experience with architecture and architectural principles and techniques. - Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design & & Revit.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture
- An excellent working knowledge of science, mathematics, and engineering principles.
- V.Good MS Word and Excel proficiency, as well as good verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and leadership skills; and ability to work well alone and in a team
