Job Title: Operations & Customer Support Coordinator
Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region
Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
About IQ Machinery: IQ Machinery is Iraq’s digital marketplace for heavy machinery, construction equipment, trucks, agricultural machines, and spare parts — connecting verified dealers, companies, and private sellers with buyers nationwide.
About the Role: We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to join our team on-site in Erbil. You’ll manage day-to-day platform operations — reviewing listings, approving client requests, and supporting customers — while helping keep our brand and visual content sharp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the platform dashboard
- Review submitted items/listings and approve client requests
- Handle customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Maintain records, data, and reports using Excel and Word
- Use AI tools to create logos, images, and visual content
- Support the team with general operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar operations, admin, or customer support role
- Fluent and professional in Kurdish and Arabic (English is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Comfortable using AI tools to generate logos and images
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to commute reliably to the Erbil office (own transportation preferred)
Additional Details:
- On-site, full-time (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Transportation and meals are not provided
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience
