Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SaaS Sales Representative role based in Amman. The SaaS Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, and delivering product demonstrations tailored to client needs. The role includes managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and pipeline management to proposal development, negotiation, and closing new business. The representative will maintain strong relationships with existing clients, coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and follow up on renewals and upsell opportunities. Daily tasks also involve updating CRM records, preparing sales reports and forecasts, gathering client feedback, and collaborating with marketing and consulting teams to refine messaging and offerings.
