Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end media production projects, including shoot coordination, editing, and post-production. The role involves managing production schedules, teams, vendors, and resources while ensuring high-quality output aligned with brand standards and market trends. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, leadership, and hands-on production skills with a keen eye for visual quality and storytelling.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage production projects from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring smooth execution, high quality, and timely completion.
• Coordinate shoots, schedules, logistics, crew, equipment, resources, and all on-ground production requirements.
• Ensure all creative, technical, and operational requirements are fully prepared before each production project.
• Lead on-site production coordination and resolve challenges quickly to maintain workflow continuity and production quality.
• Develop and maintain photography and videography guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all projects.
• Create and oversee mood boards, visual references, production frameworks, and brand-aligned content systems.
• Ensure all production outputs meet creative direction, brand standards, market relevance, and quality benchmarks.
• Stay updated on industry trends, production innovations, visual storytelling techniques, and audience expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, agencies, and suppliers to secure high-quality production services and resources.
• Organize, archive, and safeguard production assets including footage, project files, templates, mood boards, and documentation.
• Maintain proper version control and structured documentation for all production outputs.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure all stakeholders remain aligned and updated on ongoing production activities and market trends.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in media production or a similar role.
• Strong experience in media production, videography, photography, audio recording, editing, and post-production.
• Hands-on experience with editing software and production tools.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and shoot management.
• Excellent project coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
