Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Support Partner to join our team at Accsight! and support patient centered programs that improve access to care and treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide prompt and efficient responses to patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction
· Offer valuable guidance and continuous support to patients regarding their healthcare plans and treatment regimens
· Identify eligible patients for the program and facilitate their enrollment process in a timely and compliant manner
· Conduct follow-up calls to assess patient satisfaction levels and evaluate service outcomes
· Perform regular follow-ups to encourage adherence to prescribed medications and treatment plans, and monitor Start of Therapy (SOT) and service receipt
· Support the line manager and program team in managing Patient Support Programs and coordinating with key stakeholders
· Prepare and maintain periodic reports on program performance and patient metrics
· Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives efficiently
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a medical field. (is must).
· 0–3 years of experience in healthcare, patient programs, or relevant
· Excellent M.S skills.
· English proficiency. (is a must).
· Basic understanding of healthcare systems or patient pathways is a plus
Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
· Solid problem-solving, decision making and conflict resolution abilities.
· Organizational and reporting skills
· An empathetic and patient centric approach to their role.
· Ability to manage patient interactions with empathy and professionalism
· Cairo residence (is must).
Work Conditions:
• Work Location: First settlement.
• Fixed work hours.
