About the Role:
Reef Holding is seeking a Makeup Product Section Head to lead the strategy, development, and innovation of our makeup product line. The role will oversee R&D, ensure regulatory compliance, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive the launch of high-performance, market-relevant products.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the full development cycle of new makeup products
- Managing R&D and product testing to ensure safety and innovation
- Ensuring compliance with local and international cosmetic regulations
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams
- Monitoring market trends to guide product innovation
- Supervising a team and reporting to the Head of Product Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7–10+ years in beauty product development (makeup focus preferred)
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and team leadership skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
