🎯 The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sourcing Manager to lead supplier sourcing initiatives, optimize procurement strategies, and manage supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will identify sourcing opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, evaluate suppliers, and ensure the organization achieves cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and procurement goals
β’ Lead supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, and onboarding processes
β’ Conduct market research to identify competitive suppliers, pricing trends, and sourcing opportunities
β’ Manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
β’ Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
β’ Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, legal, and business teams on sourcing initiatives
β’ Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance standards
β’ Manage sourcing projects from requirements gathering through supplier selection and implementation
β’ Develop sourcing reports, market analysis, and recommendations for leadership
β’ Ensure sourcing activities comply with organizational policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
✅ Requirements
β’ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred
β’ Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent are advantageous
β’ 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related roles
β’ 2+ years of experience managing sourcing projects or supplier portfolios preferred
β’ Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, contract management, and market analysis
β’ Proven experience achieving cost savings and improving supplier performance
β’ Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
β’ Experience with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and spend analysis tools is advantageous
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
