Our company is pleased to announce a vacancy within its Kurdistan Region (Iraq) Branch — Erbil,

for the position of:

Regulatory Affairs – Pharmaceutical Products

Position Requirements:

A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrable professional experience in pharmaceutical product registration and regulatory affairs, with direct working knowledge of procedures and requirements set by the Kurdistan Ministry of Health’s Drug Authority (KMCA).

Fluency in Kurdish and English is mandatory; working proficiency in Arabic is considered a distinct advantage.

Proficient computer skills, with solid practical experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), used for documentation, reporting, and regulatory correspondence.

Possession of a personal vehicle is required, given the frequent and regular nature of field visits to the KMCA headquarters and other relevant institutions.

A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and sustained focus, with proven capability to track, follow up on, and finalize regulatory submissions and approvals in a timely manner.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple ongoing registration files simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to liaise professionally and effectively with regulatory authorities, accredited laboratories, and relevant institutional stakeholders.

Ability to perform efficiently under pressure, manage tight regulatory deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities without compromising accuracy or compliance standards.
