Senior Process Transformation Consultant (Banking) Full Time NEW

We are hiring experienced Senior Process Transformation Consultants to support a major banking transformation engagement with a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process discovery, assessment, and redesign initiatives across banking functions

• Develop and maintain As-Is and To-Be process models aligned with APQC and BPMN standards

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and process owners

• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities

• Support process governance, performance measurement, and transformation initiatives

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt

• CBPP, TOGAF, or equivalent certifications

• Experience with Signavio, ARIS, IBM Blueworks, or similar BPM platforms

Mandatory Requirements:

• Transferable Iqama with immediate availability (0–30 days)

• Willingness to work onsite in Saudi Arabia, 5 days per week

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in Process Transformation, BPM, Operational Excellence, or Business Transformation

• Banking / Financial Services experience is mandatory

• Strong expertise in APQC-PCF and BPMN 2.0

• Proven experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR)

• Experience identifying automation opportunities involving RPA, workflow automation, or AI-enabled solutions

Engagement Details:

Location: Saudi Arabia (Onsite)

Contract Duration: Minimum 1 Year

Extension Potential: Up to 2–3 Years
