Role Description The Site Coordinator at Olive Arabia KSA is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for coordinating daily facilities management activities and ensuring service delivery meets contractual and company standards. The role includes planning and monitoring site operations, scheduling and supervising subcontractors and in-house teams, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. The Site Coordinator will track work orders, maintain logs and site documentation, support inspections and audits, and assist in preparing regular reports on performance, incidents, and maintenance activities. This position will also coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, respond to site issues and requests, and help implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

• Strong site coordination and facilities management abilities, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing daily operations.
• Knowledge of MEP, civil, and life safety systems sufficient to coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and contractor activities.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards, with the ability to support safe work practices and compliance on site.
• Proficiency in basic office software and computer-based maintenance or work-order systems for tracking tasks and reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to respond promptly to operational issues.
• Previous experience in facilities management, construction, or site-based operations within KSA or the GCC is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah full time, with flexibility to support site needs and occasional extended hours when required.
