Supply Chain Excellence Manager Full Time NEW

Role Description The Supply Chain Excellence Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory control, procurement coordination, and supply management across projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing supply chain performance data, identifying inefficiencies, proposing improvement initiatives, and implementing best practices and standard operating procedures. The manager will collaborate closely with procurement, project management, finance, and operations teams to ensure material availability, cost efficiency, and alignment with project timelines. The role also involves developing KPIs and dashboards, monitoring vendor performance, mitigating risks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, reduce waste, and support the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong demand planning and forecasting skills, with experience using data to anticipate material and resource requirements.
• Proficiency in supply management and procurement, including vendor coordination, sourcing, and cost optimization.
• Hands-on experience in inventory management, stock control, and setting optimal inventory levels for project-based environments.
• Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data, build reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with supply chain or ERP systems and strong Excel or similar tools capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CIPS, CSCP) are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple priorities in a part-time capacity, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
