Role Summary And Impact

As a Performance Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. Your expertise will directly impact client success by maximising ROI and driving measurable business outcomes. You’ll be a key player in delivering innovative and effective performance marketing solutions.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven paid media strategies aligned with client business objectives and marketing goals, considering the full marketing funnel.
• Manage paid search, social, and display campaigns across a variety of platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), including campaign setup, ad creation, and audience targeting.
• Optimise campaign performance through advanced data analysis techniques, A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages, and strategic bidding adjustments based on real-time performance data.
• Monitor campaign performance meticulously, identify key trends and opportunities for improvement, and recommend actionable insights based on data-driven analysis and industry best practices.
• Prepare and present insightful and comprehensive performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, analysing campaign results, and providing strategic recommendations for future growth.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates; proactively identify and evaluate new opportunities to enhance campaign performance and drive innovation.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocate resources strategically across different channels and campaigns, and ensure accurate tracking of spend and ROI.
• Troubleshoot complex campaign issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimise disruptions and maximise campaign effectiveness.
• Lead the implementation of advanced tracking and attribution models to accurately measure campaign performance and optimise for ROI.

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns with demonstrable results.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.).
• Deep understanding of paid search, social, and display advertising platforms and their respective best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
