Requirements
- Manage and grow high-value global partner relationships.
- Align strategy and delivery across internal teams.
- Analyze KPIs to identify trends and optimize performance.
- Guide partners on best practices and resolve integration issues.
- Lead business reviews and present growth strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and improve success processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor with commercial and technical insight.
- Results-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Tech-savvy and confident using dashboards, SaaS tools, and performance platforms.
- Analytical and strategic thinker who translates data into clear actions.
- 3+ years of experience in partner success, account management, or ad-tech partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree — preferred.
