Job Title: Professional Educator – Hair

About the Role:
The Professional Educator is responsible for driving brand growth and sales performance through professional education, training, and in-salon support. This role goes beyond technical training and focuses on using education as a commercial tool to increase sales, support new client conversions, grow existing clients, improve product consumption, and support brand launches, promotions, and liquidation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Target Achievement & Sales Impact
- Contribute directly to achieving assigned brand sales targets.
- Use education to drive repeat orders, increased product usage, and entry of new lines within existing clients.
- Support Sales Representatives in converting opportunities into orders.
Client Growth & Commercial Support
- Drive sales growth for assigned clients through structured education plans.
- Work closely with Sales Representatives to identify growth opportunities, increase brand penetration, and support upselling.
- Support sell-out initiatives within salons to increase reorders.
Training, Demo & Education Execution
- Deliver professional in-salon trainings, demos, and workshops.
- Execute academy classes, brand seminars, and group education sessions.
- Ensure education content is relevant, structured, and aligned with brand strategy.
- Maintain high-quality delivery while meeting productivity targets.
New Doors & Brand Onboarding
- Support new door conversions through education and technical onboarding.
