Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Civil Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the roads and highways construction sector to join our team for projects across Africa.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in road and highway construction projects.
  • Strong experience in project execution, site management, quality control, and contract administration.
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Willingness and readiness to work in African countries and travel as required.

Job Requirements

  • Oversee and manage road construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and review technical reports and project documentation.
