Job Summary
The Super Biker is responsible for executing end-to-end biker onboarding operations, ensuring fast registration, effective training, and continuous follow-up to maintain a pool of active, compliant, and high-performing bikers.
This role works closely with Live Operations teams to support daily delivery performance in Najaf.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the full biker onboarding process, including registration, verification, and account activation.
- Deliver hands-on operational training covering app usage, order flow, cash handling, and wallet rules.
- Ensure bikers are fully prepared and able to go live immediately after onboarding.
- Monitor biker activity after activation and proactively follow up on inactivity or performance issues.
- Support Live Operations in resolving wallet issues, order-related problems, and operational blockers.
- Enforce operational policies and procedures, reporting recurring field issues to management.
- Maintain accurate records for onboarding, training, and follow-up activities.
Requirements
- Background in delivery operations, fleet management, or field operations.
- Strong execution, ownership, and follow-up mindset.
- Ability to work under operational pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic data tracking and reporting skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with bikers in the field.
- Familiarity with Najaf and its operational landscape is a plus.
