About the Role –

In this role as a Associate, you will be responsible for leading and managing the accounting and taxation outsourcing services provided to our clients in Bahrain. You will ensure compliance with Bahrain’s accounting standards, oversee VAT regulations, and offer expert consultancy on financial matters. Reporting to the senior management team, this role involves working closely with clients to provide tailored financial solutions that drive business success. You will be pivotal in guiding clients through complex financial landscapes, offering insights and strategies that enhance their business operations.

Requirements –

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting and taxation outsourcing
• In-depth knowledge of Bahrain accounting standards and VAT systems
• Proficiency in Bahrain tax regulations and compliance procedures
• Bahrain driving license is mandatory
• Proven experience in client consultancy, freelance assignments, and part-time accounting engagements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities –

• Lead and manage accounting and taxation outsourcing services for clients
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain’s accounting standards and VAT systems
• Provide expert consultancy in financial analysis, tax planning, and compliance
• Maintain and review the accuracy of financial reports and statements
• Conduct VAT return filing and handle other tax-related procedures
• Offer strategic financial planning and budgeting support to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored financial solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
