We are seeking an experienced and passionate F&B Team Leader to oversee daily food and beverage operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily F&B service operations

• Coordinate team schedules and shift activities

• Ensure compliance with service, hygiene, and safety standards

• Support inventory control and outlet operations

• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally

• Train, mentor, and motivate team members

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

✔ Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or Hospitality

✔ Strong leadership and customer service skills

✔ Experience in hotels, resorts, or upscale restaurants preferred

✔ Excellent communication skills in English

✔ Hospitality-related qualification is an advantage

✔ Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
