Operations & Travel Coordinator Full Time NEW

Role Description

We are looking for an Operations & Travel Coordinator to join our growing team.

The role will support day-to-day operations across multiple projects and locations, ensuring smooth coordination of travel, administration, suppliers, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transfers, per diems)

• Manage travel budgets and maintain accurate records

• Support project teams with administrative and operational requirements

• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers

• Track contracts, invoices and operational documentation

• Maintain internal trackers and ensure information is up to date

• Assist with logistics for events and business activities

• Support the implementation and improvement of internal processes

Requirements:

• Previous experience in operations, administration, travel coordination, or project support

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment

• Fluent in English
