Outreach Team: Officer/Graphic Designer Roles Full Time NEW

We are looking for proactive, creative, and dedicated students to join our Outreach Department. We are currently hiring for two distinct roles:

1. Outreach Officer
2. Graphic Designer

Outreach Officer

As an Outreach Officer, you will support the Outreach Director in managing the Branch’s public image and professional networking:

• Maintain a professional presence through regular, accurate, and high-quality posts.
• Lead pre- and post-event outreach to ensure high engagement.
• Work with the Events Department to craft clear visuals and messaging for all initiatives.
• Manage community responsiveness (comments, messages) on professional platforms.

Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will translate the Branch’s goals into compelling visual communication:

• Create posters, social media graphics, banners, and presentation templates.
• Ensure all designs align with global ASHRAE branding guidelines and Branch standards.
• Maintain organized access to design templates and assets for team continuity.
• Professionally revise designs based on leadership feedback and deadlines.

Scope & Boundaries

• Both roles execute outreach activities but do not independently define Branch strategy or public position.
• All content must align with Branch standards and leadership oversight.
• Roles do not represent the Branch independently in formal external agreements.
