• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in computing, distributed systems, storage, or networking.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, reliable, and high-quality features that enrich Filestore’s offering to customers.
• Design, implement, test, integrate, coordinate, lead, communicate, and launch key deliverables.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews, and collaborate with colleagues inside and outside the team to help make things happen together.
• Help Filestore achieve compliance with various regulated requirements. And foster and nourish best practices for engineering excellence.
• Initiate and identify areas for product improvement and work with stakeholders to get them staffed.
