Description:
A leading real estate developer is seeking a highly connected Key Accounts Manager (Broker Sales) to build and lead a broker and institutional sales network for a landmark residential development comprising over 3,700 branded residences in Makkah.
This is a high-impact commercial role focused on developing strategic relationships with REGA-licensed brokers, real estate agencies, family offices, investment groups, and institutional buyers across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, expanding market reach, and positioning one of the Kingdom’s most significant residential investment opportunities among broker and investor communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a high-performing network of REGA-licensed brokers and channel partners
• Drive broker-led sales and project awareness across Saudi Arabia and key GCC markets
• Identify and secure institutional, bulk-sale, and investment opportunities
• Conduct broker presentations, training sessions, and project briefings
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership structures
• Monitor broker performance and implement incentive programs
• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize market penetration
Requirements:
✅ Saudi National
✅ Valid REGA License (mandatory)
✅ 5–9 years of real estate sales experience
✅ Minimum 3 years in broker management, channel sales, key accounts, or institutional sales
✅ Strong existing network of brokers and real estate agencies in Saudi Arabia and/or GCC markets
✅ Experience engaging with family offices, investors, and institutional buyers preferred
✅ Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
✅ Arabic and English proficiency
