Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our contracting company in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and supporting the company’s expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.
- Track market opportunities and tender announcements.
- Lead prequalification and registration activities.
- Coordinate with technical and commercial teams during tender stages.
- Prepare presentations, company profiles, and capability statements.
- Support strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives.
- Maintain and expand the company’s client network.

Job Requirements
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 7-12 years of progressive experience in business development roles, specifically within the construction or related engineering sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- A proven track record in Business Development within the Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian construction market
- Existing network within developers, consultants, and clients is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation and relationship management abilities
- Very good command of English
