KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of business projects while ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved.
• Support process modeling facilitation, process optimization, and workflow improvement initiatives across business operations, with Process Modeling and Project Management treated as core and primary responsibilities of the role.
• Assist cross-functional teams in addressing operational challenges and implementing process improvements and best practices.
• Coordinate with Sales and Aftersales to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze dealership KPIs and operational performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvement opportunities.
• Support the enhancement of dealership operations, including inventory management, customer experience, and service quality standards.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
• Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and business updates supported by analytical insights and recommendations.
• Assist in maintaining and improving reporting tools, dashboards, and operational tracking systems to enhance data visibility and decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational, sales, and service reporting processes.
• Support project planning activities, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and stakeholder requirements.
• Track project progress and escalate any risks, delays, or deviations from agreed objectives to management.
• Assist in the implementation of digital and operational solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer journey experience.
• Review and verify contracts, documentation, and operational paperwork to ensure compliance with legal, company, and brand requirements.
• Support the monitoring and maintenance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational compliance metrics.
• Promote adherence to service standards and the use of genuine parts across operational activities.
• Engage and coordinate with OEM stakeholders while supporting operational alignment, reporting requirements, and business initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication, coordination, and workflow management.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Demonstrate strong capability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and dynamic business requirements within a fast-paced environment.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of daily business activities.
• Uphold company values, maintain professionalism, and exercise sound judgment in all business interactions and decisions.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management in line with business requirements and operational needs.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in business operations, operational support, process improvement, process modeling, or project coordination, preferably within the automotive industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Mandatory UAE Automotive industry experience.
• Experience in dealership operations, performance reporting, KPI analysis, or cross-functional coordination will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in engaging and managing interactions with OEM stakeholders is required.
• Candidate must demonstrate strong capability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and dynamic business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in operations management, business analytics, project management, process modeling, BPMN, or process improvement would be an added advantage.
STRONGLY PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Project Management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• BPMN/process modelling tools (e.g., IBM Blueworks).
• Power BI and similar analytics/reporting tools.
• Advanced PowerPoint and executive-level presentation skills.
