Job Description
– Supervise cleaning operations for the factory and administrative buildings.
– Lead and manage the cleaning team and supervisor.
– Oversee employee transportation for three shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations.
– Handle and resolve transportation issues promptly.
– Coordinate with car service offices and transportation vendors.
– Follow up with catering providers to ensure quality and timely meal delivery.
– Manage rental agreements and maintenance schedules for vehicles and equipment.
– Monitor vehicle/equipment conditions and ensure proper servicing documentation.
– Track logistics and facility expenses and prepare management reports.
– Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Job Requirements
– B.S. in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
– 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
– Strong experience managing transportation for multiple shifts (not a single shift).
– Strong personality with confident decision-making skills.
– Proven ability to deal effectively with vendors and transportation offices.
– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
– Ability to work independently and under pressure.
