ECM System Support Specialist Full Time NEW

We are seeking an experienced ECM System Support Specialist to join a leading organization in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, ensuring system stability, performance, and seamless business operations while collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

▪ Provide technical support, administration, and maintenance for IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions

▪ Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective resolutions

▪ Manage system configurations, upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities

▪ Collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure optimal system availability and performance

▪ Deliver user training, technical guidance, and product demonstrations where required

▪ Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles

▪ Ensure adherence to IT governance, security policies, and organizational best practices

💡 Qualifications & Experience

▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related discipline

▪ Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT environments

▪ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products

▪ Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure

▪ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

▪ Strong communication, presentation, and end-user training capabilities

▪ Good command of English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage

🏅 Preferred Certification

▪ Certification in at least one IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) component is preferred
