Role Description This is a full-time, remote Senior Information Technology Analyst role located in UAE. The Senior IT Analyst will analyze business and technology requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and support the implementation of IT solutions aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs. The role involves monitoring system performance, ensuring availability and security, documenting configurations and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Senior IT Analyst will also mentor junior team members, participate in IT projects, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to improve service quality and user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Information Technology, including enterprise systems, networks, and applications relevant to mid–large scale environments.
• Advanced Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with experience diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify root causes, and recommend effective technical and process solutions.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and document IT procedures.
• Experience in IT service management (e.g., ITIL practices, ticketing tools) and working within SLAs and change management frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead IT analyst, systems engineer, or similar role, preferably in enterprise or multinational environments.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS) are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore, prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, and mentor less experienced team members.
