Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer (BEIRUT BASED) Full Time NEW

• Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer with a minimum of 8 years of proven experience to join our Beirut office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative interior design concepts and producing high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations for a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes aligned with project requirements. • Produce high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs using industry-standard visualization software.

• Prepare detailed interior layouts, space planning, and schematic design drawings.

• Coordinate closely with the Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Fit-out teams to ensure full design integration.

• Create presentation packages, including conceptual sketches, diagrams, and rendered visuals.

• Select and specify finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

• Review and refine 3D models, ensuring accuracy, realism, and alignment with design intent.

• Support the preparation of tender drawings, construction documentation, and material schedules.

• Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and provide visual updates when required.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Maintain an updated library of materials, textures, and 3D assets. Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the GCC, preferably in Dubai or major regional markets.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating interior design capability and high-quality 3D visualization work.

• Proficiency in: o 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona Renderer o SketchUp o AutoCAD o Revit (preferred) o Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator

• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and rendering techniques.

• Knowledge of UAE building codes, authority requirements, and construction practices.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability. Preferred Experience

• Hospitality, luxury residential, commercial, and high-end fit-out projects.

• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers in the UAE.

• Ability to produce VR-ready models is an advantage.
