What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive initiatives that enhance cardholder engagement, transaction activity, and portfolio profitability.
• Develop and execute targeted customer programs to increase card usage, spending behavior, and long-term retention.
• Utilize customer insights and data trends to identify growth opportunities and improve portfolio performance.
• Partner with internal teams and external organizations to launch value-driven offers and strategic collaborations.
• Support the planning and delivery of customer lifecycle programs, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyze outcomes, and recommend actions to achieve business objectives.
• Contribute to product enhancement initiatives, including installment solutions, rewards propositions, and customer value-added services.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and tracking portfolio performance against established goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 6-9 years of experience within banking, payments, financial services, or consulting environments.
• Strong background in card portfolio growth, customer engagement strategies, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Experience leveraging customer segmentation and analytics to deliver commercial results.
• Knowledge of card payments, digital commerce, merchant ecosystems, and customer loyalty programs is highly advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced qualifications are a plus.
