Role Description

MICS Global is seeking Regional Strategic Partners to support our global advisory work in residency, citizenship, investment migration, corporate structuring, real estate, and cross-border business solutions.

This is a flexible remote partnership opportunity for professionals who can manage a defined regional market, engage qualified prospects, and support the onboarding of potential clients into the MICS advisory process.

MICS Global provides selected partners with targeted regional data and approved materials. The Strategic Partner is responsible for approaching the assigned audience, building professional relationships, identifying serious opportunities, guiding prospects toward the assessment process, and maintaining engagement throughout the client journey.

No prior knowledge of residency or citizenship programs is required. MICS Global manages all technical advisory, legal, immigration, investment, documentation, and implementation processes.

The ideal partner is commercially aware, relationship-driven, discreet, consistent, and comfortable communicating with business owners, investors, executives, advisors, and high-net-worth individuals in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage professionally with business owners, investors, executives, advisors, and high-net-worth individuals
• Commercial awareness and the ability to recognize potential client needs related to international mobility, investment, business expansion, corporate structuring, real estate, or global planning
• Ability to manage and activate a defined regional market using targeted data, approved materials, and structured follow-up
• Professional judgment, discretion, and consistency when handling senior-level prospects and client conversations
• Strong client relationship, coordination, and organizational skills to support prospect onboarding and engagement continuity
• Ability to build trust gradually and communicate in a non-aggressive, relationship-led manner
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify serious opportunities and guide prospects toward the MICS assessment and advisory process
• Relevant background in business development, partnerships, consulting, real estate, wealth management, international business, immigration services, or client relationship management is an asset
