Client Acquisition & Relationship Manager Full Time NEW

HLB HAMT is looking for a client-focused and results-driven Client Acquisition & Relationship Manager to manage existing client relationships, strengthen partnerships, and drive business growth through client retention and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and understand their evolving business needs.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and introduce additional services to existing clients.

• Conduct regular client meetings and relationship reviews to strengthen partnerships.

• Maintain and update client databases, engagement records, and relationship insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.

• Support client retention initiatives and contribute to revenue growth from existing accounts.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Business Development, or similar roles.

• Proven experience managing corporate clients and maintaining long-term relationships.

• Strong ability to engage with business owners, senior stakeholders, and decision-makers.

• Experience in identifying client needs and driving cross-selling opportunities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust and credibility.

• UAE market experience and an established client network will be an advantage.
