About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager for a manpower supply / staffing company. The candidate must have strong experience in manpower supply, staffing, or recruitment connected to the Saudi Arabia market.

This role requires someone who can bring business, handle client requirements, coordinate manpower sourcing, and manage follow-ups from enquiry to mobilization.

Malayalam fluency and a strong Kerala manpower/recruitment network are mandatory because the role requires coordination with Kerala-based candidates, agents, and manpower sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach companies requiring manpower supply services
• Generate new business from Saudi Arabia-based clients
• Build relationships with HR teams, procurement teams, project managers, and site teams
• Handle manpower enquiries, quotations, client follow-ups, and requirement tracking
• Coordinate with recruitment sources, agents, candidates, and internal teams
• Support manpower mobilization, documentation, onboarding, and deployment
• Track active leads, pending enquiries, proposals, client feedback, and project status
• Coordinate replacement requests, worker issues, attendance concerns, and client complaints when required
• Maintain proper follow-up with clients until requirements are closed

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manpower supply, staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing
• Experience with Saudi Arabia manpower requirements is mandatory
• Strong understanding of manpower categories, market rates, client expectations, and mobilization process
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, MEP, industrial, facility management, shutdown projects, logistics, or related sectors
• Malayalam fluency is mandatory
• Strong manpower sourcing/recruitment network in Kerala is mandatory
• Ability to coordinate with clients, candidates, agents, and internal teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing client network in Saudi Arabia
• Arabic communication skills
• Saudi driving license
• Experience working with Saudi companies, contractors, subcontractors, or project-based manpower requirements
• Good knowledge of Excel, CRM, and lead tracking
