About Us: Tanda Smart is a leading premium brand specialized in designing, manufacturing, and installing high-end modern pergola systems and outdoor shading solutions. Operating from our integrated factory in El Obour City, we deliver precision-engineered architectural solutions to luxury residential and commercial projects.
We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team (Inside & Field Sales) to achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients (B2B sector).
- Personally manage and close high-value deals and mega projects (Hotels, Restaurants, Luxury Villas).
- Establish sales strategic plans, continuous follow-up pipelines, and conversion rate optimizations.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams in the factory to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to upper management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in a Managerial or Team Lead role within Shading Systems, Pergolas, Interior/Exterior Design, or High-End Construction Materials.
- Strong existing network with architects, consultants, and contractors in Egypt.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and closing skills.
- Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken).
- Based in Cairo or Qalyubia (Ability to work from our headquarters in El Obour City).
