Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lighting Sales Engineer based in Riyadh. The Lighting Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and addressing clients’ lighting needs, delivering technical solutions, preparing proposals, and closing sales. Additional tasks include building strong client relationships, collaborating with the internal design and technical teams, and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to meet evolving customer demands effectively.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in lighting, including knowledge of lighting systems, design, and industry standards
- Sales and business development skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Project management and proposal preparation skills to provide tailored solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical discussions and client meetings
- Problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach to drive customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with lighting technologies, products, and solutions in the market
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field
- Experience in the lighting industry or a related technical sales role is highly preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh and travel to clients within the region
