Job Title: Training Executive (Training Specialist)

About the Job:

The trainer will be responsible for increasing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of employees through developing, planning, and conducting training activities.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and deliver training programs (technical and non-technical).

• Assess training needs and develop training materials accordingly.

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

• Prepare reports and maintain training records.

• Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and propose solutions.

• Ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.

• Previous experience in training (preferably in a similar role).

• Strong command of English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools.

• Experience in designing and localizing course content.

• Ability to deliver complete training solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in addressing groups.
