Role overview
We are hiring a Cybersecurity Sales Consultant to drive new business for CyberA’s MCSP and consulting portfolio from our base in Dubai. You will own the full sales cycle in your assigned territory — from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover — while also performing basic presales activities such as requirements discovery, solution positioning, and coordination of technical demonstrations.
This role is ideal for a salesperson with 3–7 years of cybersecurity sales experience and a solid technical grounding, who wants to relocate to and build their career in the UAE. We welcome and specifically encourage applications from candidates who have not previously worked in the UAE, but are ready to move into the market.
Key responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads for CyberA’s MCSP and cybersecurity consulting services through outbound activities, partners, events, and inbound enquiries.
• Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, requirements capture, solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with CyberA’s technical teams (GRC consultants, SOC engineers, architects) to shape high-level solutions and coordinate presales activities and demos.
• Build a strong understanding of CyberA’s service catalogue (SOC-as-a-Service, MDR, GRC/ISO 27001 programs, penetration testing, vCISO) and clearly articulate their value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM; provide regular reporting on progress vs targets.
• Develop and grow relationships with key decision makers (CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, Risk/Compliance leaders) and channel partners in your assigned markets.
• Share customer and competitive insights with leadership to refine CyberA’s portfolio and go-to-market strategy.
Must-have requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B cybersecurity sales, selling security services or solutions (e.g., MCSP, SOC services, MDR, GRC/ISO 27001 consulting, SIEM/SOAR, EDR, vulnerability management).
• Solid technical foundation in cybersecurity: able to understand and discuss SOC, SIEM, incident response, penetration testing, and security frameworks at a high level with customer stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets in a cybersecurity-focused role.
• Experience supporting presales activities: discovery, high-level solution scoping with technical teams, participation in demos/PoCs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; confident with both technical and business audiences.
• Willingness to relocate to and work full time in the UAE (Dubai) if not already based there.
Strongly preferred
• Candidates without prior UAE work experience who are looking to enter the UAE market and build long-term careers here.
• Experience selling to financial services, telecom, government, or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, NCA, SAMA, PDPL or equivalents.
• Experience with modern CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
