About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, and ensuring a smooth and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, including workstations, pantry, and common areas
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
• Assist in handling office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, and filing
• Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and properly managed
• Support administrative staff with basic tasks as required
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents or packages
• Maintain office equipment and report any issues
• Follow company hygiene and safety standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Basic communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
• Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to assist
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions
• Physically fit and able to perform routine tasks
