About The Team/role

Our CX & Relationship Sr Analyst is self motivated to achieve his/ her goals , excellent negotiator and solid in his commuincation, love challenges and thinking out of the box, thrive in multicultural environment and adapt to multidimenstional dynamics

In this role, you’ll be…

• Leading, mamaging and facilitating with partners and vendors on OKRs and deliverables on Social Media, compliance and service defects
• Acting as a promoter and caoch for DiDi’s culture and vlues across the team and our partners
• Leading and coaching global and local initiatives within the region

• With more than 3 years of leadership of operation experiencie in SD/ quality in multinational BPO with proven track of success
• MS office profiency
• OKRs mindset. Operates, reports, and works daily on improving business deliverables
• Proficiency in English is required
• Experience in BPO in these sopecific feilds : service/retail environment/ travel are preferred
• Great organizational skills with great follow through on tasks
• Enthusiastic and can-do attitude. Willing to be flexible and take on challenging tasks. Ability get things done in a highly cross-functional environment
