HR Manager ( Travel Company Exp ) – Sheikh Zayed Full Time NEW

NOK Human Capital is hiring an HR Manager on behalf of a leading company in the travel and tourism sector.

📍 Location: El Sheikh Zayed City, Giza

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the full Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, personnel administration, and legal compliance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies that support business growth while ensuring efficient and seamless day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with Egyptian Labor Law.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee records, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Ensure compliance with Social Insurance requirements and labor authority regulations.
• Support managers with performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee-related matters.
• Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, turnover, recruitment progress, and compliance updates.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure the confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
• A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, payroll processes, personnel administration, and Social Insurance regulations.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHRi, or CIPD are preferred.
• Very good to excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using HRIS platforms are preferred.
• Residence in or near El Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October City, or Giza is preferred.
