About The Role:

We’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and scale the recruiting function at ShipIn. In this role, you’ll play a key part in our global growth (Israel, Singapore, Greece, the US, and beyond), partnering with hiring managers and candidates, sourcing for complex positions, shaping the recruiting infrastructure, and impacting how we grow as a company.

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end global recruitment across multiple functions: GTM, R&D, Product, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Lead proactive sourcing efforts for uniq roles across different geographies, building strong pipelines of top-tier candidates.
• Conduct screening & HR interviews, and partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and market insights. You’ll partner closely with founders and senior leadership, influencing decisions – not just executing them.
• Deliver an end-to-end outstanding candidate experience: manage communication, expectations, and offer processes with a high level of professionalism and care.
• Helping design our company’s HR infrastructure: Build and implement processes, tools, and best practices to support rapid company growth.

Who you are:

• 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience within a hyper-growth startup environment.
• A hands-on sourcing expert – you know how to find and attract talent in a competitive global market, and recruit for roles that require research and creativity.
• Adept in managing multiple hiring processes in parallel in a fast-paced, ever-scaling environment.
• Must be fluent and comfortable in working mainly in English (written and spoken).
• Independent, self-driven, and result-oriented individual.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and hungry to create impact.

Nice to have:

• Experience hiring globally, especially for GTM positions (Sales & Marketing) – is a huge plus.
• Experience working in companies with multi-disciplinary products (hardware + software).
• Love for the sea 🙂
