Experience

1–5+ years barista experience in commercial cafés, specialty coffee, chains, or hotels

Strong command of espresso, manual brewing, milk texturing, and menu creation

Prior training experience — regular or occasional

HoReCa or trade exposure preferred

Commercial mindset — understands that quality drives category growth

Willing to travel across KSA
