Role Description

The Off-Plan Client Advisor will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving real estate sales for off-plan properties. This full-time, on-site position is based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client needs, providing tailored property recommendations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and assisting clients throughout the sales process. Advisors will also coordinate with developers, stay informed about market trends, and frequently communicate with clients to keep them updated on developments.

• Strong client relations and customer satisfaction skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and developers.
• Solid experience in customer service and a dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and familiarity with off-plan property options.
• Fluency in Italian, Russian, or German, in addition to English, is required.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a results-driven environment.
• Previous experience in real estate or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
