We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Aesthetic Dermatologist to join our team and deliver advanced dermatology and aesthetic services while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Dermatology

• Diagnose and treat skin, hair, and nail conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records in compliance with DHA regulations.

Aesthetic Dermatology

Perform and oversee aesthetic procedures including:

• Botox and Dermal Fillers
• Skin Boosters
• PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Therapy
• Mesotherapy
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• Thread Lifting
• Laser Skin Rejuvenation
• Pigmentation Treatments
• Acne and Acne Scar Treatments
• Anti-Aging Treatments
• Skin Tightening Procedures
• Body Contouring Treatments

Patient Care & Consultation

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations.
• Explain treatment options, risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions.
• Ensure informed consent is obtained before procedures.
• Build long-term patient relationships through excellent service and follow-up care.

Quality & Compliance

• Adhere to DHA regulations, clinical protocols, and infection control standards.
• Ensure patient safety and confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits when required.

Business Development

• Support clinic growth through excellent patient satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives including educational content, campaigns, and awareness programs.
• Maintain professional standards and enhance the clinic’s reputation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as Dermatologist.
• MBBS with MD/DNB/Board Certification in Dermatology or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aesthetic dermatology within the UAE or GCC preferred.
• Proven expertise in injectable and laser-based aesthetic treatments.
• Strong consultation, communication, and patient relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Russian, or other languages is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Strong aesthetic assessment and facial analysis skills.
• Experience with advanced laser technologies.
• Knowledge of latest aesthetic dermatology trends and treatments.
• Ability to achieve high patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes.
